1. Go to Play Store and check if there is any new update available for files by Google app
2. Update the app (if available)
3.Go to settings or tap and hold on the app then click on app info (ℹ️)
4. Scroll down and click on storage
5. First clear all cache & then clear all data by typing on Manage storage
6. Click on Force Stop
7. Then shutdown (Power off) your phone
8. Now open your phone.
9. Open the App
Now, it should be fixed. In case if it doesn't fix then uninstall the app and then reinstall it.
