For starting a business you don't need a degree. You just need the most important thing which is knowledge! Yes, knowledge is one of the most important thing in business. If you have knowledge about the work that you're doing then you will be succeed. If you don't have any knowledge then you can't succeed. It's true! And it's the reality!!
Job:
Really, you want to it! Job is the opposite of business. Like there you can give pressure on others and here the owner or manager or your boss will give you pressure for doing a work or completing a task. But you can get monthly payment (you know that).
At the end, I would like to recommend business. But yes, you need to work hard, work smart. Also you need some time to succeed here. One mistake=can be the end!!
