Many of us do not support comparison among universities. But in my opinion, comparison is actually good.

The reason why I am telling comparison is good because by comparing our Universities with the top class universities of the world we can find out where our lackings is. As well as, we can also find out where should we focus. How should we focus and how can we improve our faculty.
Even though some people say that by comparing among Universities we are just humiliating their own university. But in reality it is not.
We all know especially in the South Asia, our universities does not provide practical and research based education. We still believe that we have to study bunches of equations and we have to memorize them. But the reality is definitely the opposite. Do you think that great innovations came by memorizing big maths?! Definitely, not! The great innovations came through discussion, thinking, observing and practical based knowledge. But unfortunately in our specially engineering universities students do not get the time to think in the nature to think something new to create something new to show their innovations!
We are the country that does not love to make something; to innovate something. We love to use the new innovation. But we hate to make something new. In the era of modern science we are still become happy by seeing foreign aids, exportation of garments & remittance. Which is not bad. But at the end we all should change our mind set. We have to think out of the box. We have to focus on innovation, not only to use new innovations.
I personally believe that our universities need a good systematic education than big funds.
I am not an expert, but I have common sense I have brain which can at least consume some of the information that I see all over the internet. That's why I am writing this blog. I know they will be disagreements. But it's okay for me. Because, disagreements - agreements made our today's science.
