In the era of modernisation technology is continuously helping us in many ways as well as making obstacles on the way of success. Now, the problem has separate all over the world. There is a lot of people who are passing their time by looking at a small screen. That's why only 1% of the population of this world are becoming successful. They are becoming successful in business, jobs, their interests, their personal life. Some researchers have already told that only less than 1% of today's young generation are becoming successful. And most of the other successful people are coming out of from the previous century. 

Have you ever asked you so why this is happening? 

The cause of this is really small, which is your phone/ the internet. The internet is making less people successful and more people to be a product.

How they are doing it?

If we talk about Facebook, YouTube, Tik-Tok or other popular platforms every single websites are trying to make you spend more time on their apps. As all of those platforms are free and their providing you a massive entertainment for free, you are spending your time on it. Whenever you try to get out from their app, they show something other interesting videos or photos that you might like most and for that unique content you again lost in a loop. And again you spend hours of time. Every single content you see in this app are not random. Rather, they are being generated with high intelligent algorithm which cannot control you through physically but mentally. Don't worry it's not only happening with you but also with other people in the world. But most of them are  trying and most of them have already achieved the power to get out from the app. 

For the blessings of these modern technologies our focus level are getting decreased. According to the Time, “It’s not just the fact that there’s algorithms catching our attention,” Mark says. Whenever you are trying to do a work a sound for ½ a second rang up & there you lost your focus. Sometimes, we stop/ block every single notifications, but still by an undefined power started controlling us and make us to be in Facebook or YouTube. Specially, the shorts & reels which are giving us instant pleasure, have to nothing but destruction of time & our future; is becoming the main obstacle in the way of our success. Now, everytime you started doing a work with fully intention, few after a minutes thoughts started coming in our mind with. The thought continuously knocks the door of our mind after every few minutes. Once it gets in, kills an hour & takes 4-8% of our day hours which seems very small but after calculation it gets bigger. That undefined power has captured the world, specially the youths. So, it is high time we took it seriously. 

How can we do that?

According to the healthline there are 14 ways to improve our concentration. Including, 

  • Take a break
  • Make time for exercise
  • Improve sleep
  • Spend time in nature
  • Vary your diet 
  • Train your brain
There are also more ways to control yourself and increase your concentration level. These are:

1. Try to sleep earlier
Try to sleep before 9:30 o'clock. You should keep it in your mind that I have to sleep before 9:30 o'clock and I have to finish all of my work before it. If anything remains then I will finish it after I wake up. If your sleep at 9:30 to 3:30 or 4:00; obviously at night, it will help you to rise at far more earlier. Then you'll get more time to do your work.

2. Walk in the morning
It is good to walk when the sun is raising. (Sunrise) Choose a safe park full of trees then walk there.

3. Do workout
15-30 minutes is okay to do gym everyday at home. If you've any health issues then talk with a doctor and get advice for doing exercise.

4. Read books
Try to read books daily which will help you to grow knowledge as well as have other benefits.

5. Stay on healthy Diet 
Diest doesn't mean to eat less only but also to try to eat healthy most of the time. 
6. Drink water 
Whenever you are feeling thirsty/ needy drink water. Drink water while taking three breathing pauses. Prophet Muhammad (Sallallaho Alaihi Wasallam) said, "Do not drink water only in one breath, but drink it in two or three breaths."( 3 breaths, recommending)

There are many ways to live healthier. The more you follow, the more your concentration level will rise. According to Harvard Health Publishing , “Mindfulness, cognitive training, and a healthy lifestyle may help sharpen your focus. Getting older is out of your control, but healthier living is something you determine, and it may improve concentration.”
