GTA: Tokyo
Basically this GTA game was based on Tokyo, Japan. Even developers had already started their work to develop this game. GTA Tokyo would be an unique game. For developing this game Rockstar send their developers and programmers to Tokyo Japan so that they can observe the real interface and designs of Tokyo. But at the end this game was cancelled during developing because of its hard designs and many more things that should be like Tokyo.
GTA Sin City
GTA Sin City real name would be the GTA 4 SinCity. This game was like GTA3. But at the end the name of the game had been changed and released with the name GTA San Andreas.
GTA 5 Single player DLC
Rockstar once to develop more games that will be like GTA v but in that time GTA online got famous and Rockstar had cancelled their many more games that will be based on GTA v- 3 DLC versions would be uploaded.
1st DLC: It would be based on zombies. Basically the whole city of GTA full of zombies and a single player which is your need to fight all the zombies and need to survive in the City.
2nd DLC: In this DLC GTA continuous Trevor story.
3rd DLC: there are not enough information about this.
